Reviewing

Reviewing CVs and evaluating video submissions that demonstrate technical skills to ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of each role.

Matching

Matching candidates with roles in manufacturing, construction, hospitality and medical industries.

Travel & Relocation Support

Coordinating flights and transportation for candidates from their home countries to Greece.
Ensuring travel plans are compliant with visa requirements and employment start dates.

Accommodation Coordination:

Working closely with employers to address any location-specific housing needs.

Onboarding Assistance:

Guiding candidates through the onboarding process, including workplace orientations and local area familiarization.

Relocation Guidance:

Providing candidates with clear information about cultural expectations, local amenities, and necessary documentation to ease the transition.

Additional Services upon Arrival

Assisting with the issuance of:

AFM (Tax Identification Number)
AMKA (Social Security Number)
Work Permit when the two above conditions (AFM, AMKA) have been met.

Additional Management and Coordination

Facilitating communication and collaboration between employers and employees for any issues that might arise.
